Man, I relate to this. Doing nothing seems like a waste of time. Yet, some of the best years of my life have been when I had those 10 minutes each morning of meditating.

This really resonated for me as well. There are so many ways that walling off space from the compulsion to do and be productive can reconnect us to ourselves and open the door to something bigger than action itself can produce. It's counterintuitive, and it doesn't make any sense until you do it and see how true it is.

Really liked the opening. Doing more most of the time is the easiest thing. Sometimes, not focusing actually makes me more focused, even though that’s hard
