They say leap and the net will appear.
I did it and here’s what I found out.
There is no net.
You are the net.
The End Up is a legendary dance venue in San Francisco — it’s where you end up on a night out and keep dancing until noon the next day.
It’s a liminal space where anything can happen.
My startup The Better Lab is now an end up.
The end of The Better Lab is not a dance party in SoMa that’s still going the next day.
The end up of The Better Lab is something better.
The experience gave me total conviction I was born to build.
Builders build.

One Real Voice is my premium coaching practice where I work 1:1 with senior executives, venture partners, pro athletes and political leaders who know they must excel as podcast hosts and guests.
I only work with a select group of clients who are ready to be great.
If that’s you, you can reach me at hello@onerealvoice.com.

Nothing is guaranteed in life.
Everything changes.
The good, the bad, all of it.
There is no net.
Take the leap anyway.
And meet who you are.
